Questions, a bug, or something that doesn't look right? Email hello@useharbor.io. A person reads every message, usually within two working days.

Common questions

• Signing in. Use the email you signed up with. On iPhone you can ask for a one-time code instead of a password; it expires after ten minutes.
• Applying. Every job links to the company's own listing, and you apply there. Scout never submits an application for you.
• Who sees your job search. Nobody. Saved jobs, applications, matches and your search status are private, and never shown on your profile.
• Exporting your data. Settings → Export your data, on the web or in the app.
• Deleting your account. Settings → Delete account, on the web or in the app. It removes your profile, applications and account data right away.
