Job search

Every open role, searched the way you talk

Scout reads companies' own job boards every day and keeps a role only while it's still listed, so the link at the end of every result goes to a live posting.

How it works

  1. 01

    Type it in one line

The work, where, pay and anything to avoid: “Product manager in New York or remote, fintech, $160k+.”

  2. 02

    Check the chips

Scout shows each part it understood, and anything it didn't use, so nothing is silently ignored.

  3. 03

    Apply at the source

Every result links to the posting on the company's own site, with the date Scout last saw it open.

The details

Only roles still listed

A role shows only while its company lists it, and every job page says when it was last confirmed open.

Real posted pay

Pay comes from the range in the listing. Set a floor and roles under it drop out; roles that don't post pay are counted, not hidden.

Where it can be done from

Remote, hybrid or on-site, read from the listing, plus the cities it names.

Never a dead end

When a role closes, its page stays up with similar roles that are still open.

Questions

How fresh are the jobs?
Every role in a search was seen open on its company's job board in the last 3 days. Closed roles drop out the day Scout notices.
Which job boards does Scout read?
Company job boards on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby. Companies that hire only through Workday and some other systems don't show up yet.
Is my search saved or shared?
Searches on the Jobs page aren't stored. Threads you start on Home are saved privately to your account, and no company can see them.
