Assistant

A job search you can talk to

Describe the move you want the way you'd tell a friend. Scout finds the roles worth your time, and every follow-up refines the search instead of starting over.

How it works

  1. 01

    Say what you want

“Six years in consulting, want government work, hybrid or remote, $150k+.” No filters to set up.

  2. 02

    See how Scout read it

Every part of your ask becomes a chip you can see and remove, so you always know why a role is there.

  3. 03

    Refine and compare

“Only remote.” “No sales.” Open any role in a side pane, attach a few and ask Scout to compare them.

The details

One thread per job hunt

Each search keeps its own conversation, saved roles and alert, so a pivot and a promotion search never mix.

Ask about any role

Open a role to see pay, where it can be done from, must-haves and when it was last confirmed open.

Compare side by side

Attach up to four roles and ask Scout to compare them: pay, location, must-haves and your match score in one table.

You drive

Scout never nudges or nags. Tools are there when you want them, and every search is private to you.

Questions

Is the assistant an AI chatbot?
No. Written rules read your ask, decide which roles match and check fit, so the same ask always gets the same answer. Any optional AI help is labeled and off unless you turn it on.
Do I need a profile to use it?
No. You can search straight away. Adding your experience lets Scout check must-haves and score how well each role fits.
Where do the roles come from?
From companies' own job boards, read every day. A role only shows while its company still lists it.
