The role
ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Product Designer to help drive the next creative leap at Pika. In this high-impact, hands-on role, you'll shape the core experience of our generative AI platform, empowering millions of creators to bring bold ideas to life with powerful, intuitive design. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own and lead design projects from concept to polished execution across mobile and web for a key area of our creative platform. - Collaborate closely with talented product managers, engineers, and researchers to turn visionary ideas and AI advancements into delightful, accessible user experiences. - Develop product strategies, refine interaction patterns, and push bold ideas from prototypes to shipped features. - Define and uphold visual language, design systems, and user flows that inspire creativity and align with users’ needs. - Connect directly with creators and the Pika community to understand how our tools empower expression—and how we can go further. - Communicate design intent through storytelling, prototypes, and clear rationale, inspiring collaboration through clear and concise dialogue. - Balance systems-thinking with attention to detail—obsessing over fonts, type scales, consistent palettes, spacing, and animation, while delivering coherent and practical solutions. - Advocate for real people and a user-centric approach, always designing with empathy and impact in mind.
