Conviva pioneered quality of experience measurement for streaming video and has supported live digital experiences across 20 Super Bowls, 10 Olympic Games, and five FIFA World Cup tournaments. With full-census, real-time, stateful analytics, Conviva shows what consumers actually experience, not just whether systems are running, and connects that experience to revenue, retention, and risk. Conviva is the intelligence layer for digital businesses, turning every consumer interaction into outcome-based intelligence—linking engagement patterns across AI agents, apps, websites, and streaming video to real results such as purchases, bookings, and resolved support requests. Powered by its patented Time-State Technology®, the Conviva® Operational Data Platform delivers real-time insights and automation that help leading enterprises grow, improve satisfaction, and build lasting trust. About the Role Conviva is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for a core part of our product portfolio. You'll partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to translate technical capabilities into compelling market narratives, and you'll report directly to the CMO as part of a small, high-impact marketing team. This role is a strong fit for someone who has run at least one full product launch cycle, is comfortable digging into technical product detail, and wants ownership over how a product is positioned and sold. What You'll Do * Develop and maintain positioning and messaging for assigned products, ensuring consistency across web, sales collateral, and campaigns.  * Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches and major feature releases, coordinating timelines across Product, Sales, and Marketing.  * Build sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers, and objection-handling guides.  * Conduct win/loss analysis, customer interviews, and competitive research to sharpen positioning and identify market opportunities.  * Partner with Product Management to understand roadmap priorities and translate them into customer-facing narratives.  * Create customer-facing content such as case studies, product videos, webinars, and blog posts in collaboration with content and demand gen teams.  * Track and report on launch performance and sales enablement effectiveness, adjusting approach based on data.  * Serve as the voice of the customer and market inside product planning discussions. What We're Looking For * 3-6 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or a technical product environment.  * Proven track record of leading product launches from planning through execution. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for different audiences. * Experience building sales enablement content and working directly with sales teams. - Comfort working with data to inform positioning and measure impact. - Self-starter who can manage cross-functional projects with minimal oversight. - Experience in streaming media, ad tech, observability, or analytics platforms is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience. Why Conviva You'll have direct exposure to executive strategy and a real seat at the table in shaping how our products go to market, with the mentorship and visibility that comes from reporting to the CRO. The expected salary range for this full-time position is $150,000 - $200,000 + equity + benefits. Compensation is determined by numerous factors such as your qualifications, experience, relevant education or training, and work location.
