How is the Scout Hiring Index calculated?
From open US roles on companies' own job boards (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and others), read daily. Companies need at least 25 open roles to be ranked overall. No. It's the range a company says it will pay for the role. Most offers land inside the posted range, but where depends on level and negotiation.
