Strategic Capture Manager, USG Data Agencies (R6187)

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic capture plan spanning Shield AI’s software and simulation portfolios, with a focus on Data/AI offices at senior USG and US Military agencies. Drive teams toward multi-year strategic program wins with USG Data/AI agencies. Build and maintain trusted relationships across key USG / US Military AI decision makers, including offices such as the DoW Chief Data / AI Officer (CDAO), DoW Chief Information Officer, and critical Dept of Homeland Security (DHS) and executive branch agencies. Anticipate customer needs and influence policy, requirements, and solicitations to positively align with Shield AI portfolios. Required qualifications: 10+ years experience in strategic capture or policy development in the USG Deep knowledge of USG and US Military data/AI policy process Experience with emerging technologies / AI Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to cross-collaborate across technical and operational teams Active Secret clearance (TS preferred) Preferred qualifications: Advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related field Prior experience in USG AI policy agencies Full-time regular employee offer package: Pay within range listed + Bonus + Benefits + Equity Temporary employee offer package: Pay within range listed above + temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days of employment) Salary compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
