- Review inbound product flows, customs and duty requirements, HS-code usage, commercial documentation, and invoice-validation practices.
- Identify the highest-impact process gaps and risks affecting product timing, cost, documentation quality, or vendor execution.

- Validate invoices against agreed pricing, shipment information, and supporting documentation, escalating discrepancies to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Partner with logistics and Hardware Operations to improve inbound handoffs, reduce avoidable delays, and maintain reliable product flow.
- Track vendor performance and recurring operational issues, then drive practical corrective actions with internal and external partners.
IN YOUR FIRST YEAR
- Enhance the scalability, consistency, and visibility of Hinge Health’s inbound operating process as product and vendor needs evolve.
- Develop and maintain clear process documentation, operating procedures, and controls for inbound execution, customs and duties, and invoice validation.
- Identify opportunities to reduce cost, improve vendor performance, and increase predictability across the inbound supply chain.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that strengthen supply chain operations and support new product or hardware programs.
