Bonus points * Experience in the Fintech space. * Experience working with cross-functional global teams across multiple sites. * Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. A day in the life and how you'll make an impact * Lead planning, scheduling, and coordination of program activities across departments, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables together with stakeholders. * Track program milestones, timelines, budgets, and deliverables using project management tools, and maintain accurate documentation to support data collection and reporting. * Facilitate meetings — prepare agendas, capture notes, and follow up on action items until they're closed. * Develop execution plans and clearly communicate program status updates and reports to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership. * Identify and own gaps, risks, and blockers, driving them to resolution independently. * Assume end-to-end responsibility for projects, driving cross-functional alignment and accountability to consistently meet deadlines while upholding top-tier quality standards. * Build clear communication plans so every team understands their roles and tasks for each milestone.
